Collection Logistics: Personal dress collection for cleaning is included within a 15-mile radius of Peterborough. For collections beyond this distance, a travel fee will apply, or the client may arrange for the gown to be securely delivered to the studio.
Textile Limitations: While iStitch Couture utilises 35 years of specialist knowledge, please note that certain substances (red wine, grass, pollen, or oil) may cause permanent staining.
The Promise: iStitch Couture promises to use the safest, most effective professional methods, but cannot guarantee "as-new" condition if the fibres have been permanently compromised.
